The Get Reel Student Film Festival is a filmmaking competition for Fresno County students ages 13-22. Now an annual event put on by The Fresno County Public Library with generous support from the Educational Employees Credit Union, the submission window for the 2009 competition is now closed. All films that meet the guidelines will be shown in a public viewing at the Tower Theatre in Fresno's famous Tower District on Saturday, December 5, 2009. Winners from each category will earn up to $500 in prizes.
